Puppalooza set for this Saturday
to help the approximately 1,300 animals it serves yearly.  Jim and Debbie
Blaha, who coordinated the concert, said: “Those animals are given no time
limit on their stay and of them, 85-90 percent are placed in adoptive homes.”

The entertainment line up includes: Sho- Down, Red Eye Dawn, Yesterdays
Child, Karma 10 and Honey Compass. The bands will play all night, from
7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Items being raffled include: a bass guitar from Guitar Center donated by Mike
Perkins, designer sunglasses, a family photo package from a local
photographer, a car care package worth $500, restaurant gift cards and a
Grand Rapids water park gift certificate.

This is a great opportunity to help the animals of Union County and have a
good time doing it! Bigelow’s Brew House is located at 209 W. Bigelow Ave.,
Plain City, Ohio 43064.  See you there!

Saturday, Sept. 24 will bring
the very first Puppalooza to
Plain City. The event will be
held at Bigelow’s Brew House
and features a day of live
entertainment, raffles and
limited edition merchandise
sales with QFM 96‘s Sue
Leighton at the helm.

All proceeds of the day will
benefit the
Union County
Humane Society (UCHS).
UCHS is a non-profit animal
shelter that serves Marysville
and Central Ohio. The shelter
works with the Union County
dog warden but is not a county
agency and does not receive
support from the county or
state. It depends on donations
and events such as Puppalooza
