Local and out of state bands will be playing The Suicide PrevenTour at The
Basement in Columbus next month. The tour will be taking all of the proceeds
and donating them to anti-bullying and suicide prevention programs.
Do not expect a hippie enlightenment circle at this show, only heavy riffs and fist
chopping madness will be hovering around. Columbus’ own hardcore group,
Death of an Era, will be headlining the tour. More than ten other groups will be
playing as well with six of them being from the Columbus, Ohio scene.
Other metal acts such as SycAmour will be coming down from Michigan to play.
SycAmour has a metal version of Adele’s “Set Fire To The Rain” for free
download from this site. Many of the other bands have music that is available to
purchase in the iTunes store.
